Our Network Operations Centre ('NOC') uses the latest generation of monitoring software and methodology to monitor, report, escalate, and resolve Incidents*, and is proactive in resolving ongoing Problems* and continuously tuning performance. Many of our engineers are government security cleared, and undergo continuous training. The group provides point technology solutions to its clients, as well as converged communications and security solutions.
